Wearing Re-Timer for a minimum of 30 minutes a day gives your body the bright light you need to maintain a healthy sleep–wake rhythm. Using Re-Timer in the morning shortly after waking will help you fall asleep earlier. Using Re-Timer in the evening will help you fall asleep later.
